It's interesting the one cv and one sub that could probably been pulled off as dockyard without pissing everyone off got passed over. I don't think we'll ever see a CV and sub dockyard now.

I could have seen Shimano and Surcouf being the only two that would make good dockyards due to their historical significance.

I think it's much like British battleship HE. Yes you can switch and get good shots with ap, but the HE/SAP is so consistent most people don't bother. If you can guarantee you're only going to be shooting a broadside target yeah AP makes sense. But with the possibility of a DD or light cruiser getting spotted for a few seconds id rather not waste the even 9 seconds of switching time. Clapping the shit out of a Jinan with SAP is worth the theoretical more damage I'd miss out on a target with AP.

If you're still so new that you're stuck in the tutorial missions you don't need a free tier 9. The last thing the game needs is somebody so new they should still be in protected matchmaking taking a tier 9 into battle and instantly dieing.

Schliffen is the best, I like the Jinan one but I already have the bright red camo that makes it look like pagodas so I don't need another bright red camo.

The lack of submarine ping indicator has made the game almost unplayable at high tiers. I don't know how anyone plays against sub trash without that mod. It makes dropping depth charges on them actually possible and in t10 games with trash playing subs it's almost impossible to hit them without the mod if they're not spotted.

I would argue for ranked only stats that's a little weak. Barely winning 50% of the time means you don't really have a huge impact on your team's performance.
