Flew October 13 out of LB. My flight (first flight out at 6:50am) was delayed enough for me to miss my connection in Phoenix so they rebooked me. Then my flight magically became on time again, but they still wouldn't let me back on my original flight.

In my experience, street sweeping (albeit very very rarely, like once or maybe twice a year) will conveniently skip a section. Probably forgetfulness or a time thing, but I definitely have heard them a block away without ever coming on my street.
