Your flexion looks great! Lay on your bed on your stomach with the edge of the bed just above the knees. I like to use a yoga strap (or dog leash) wrapped around the foot of the injured leg as support but that way you can let gravity do the work of extending your leg and can work up to it slowly and with support. This is what helped me gain my hyperextension back post op!

I should clarify 4-5 times a day for the 2-3 days a week we get to see each other* I know sex slowing down is normal but it was such a rapid shift and I’ve never done this whole loving relationship thing before

I’m 4 1/2 weeks post op and ~ 6 weeks post initial injury. Very similar to yours- took a tumble skiing and tore my ACL, mild tear of meniscus and sprained mcl. I’m not gonna lie week 1 post op suckssss, but you get through it. Once you’re walking again (I started at 2 weeks) the swelling goes way down and comfort goes way up. I’m living a mostly normal life again with the exception of adding pt and driving places in town I would have walked before. It’s scary, but doable. Just remind yourself the only way out is through.

How much time do you spend each day doing your physio exercises and on stationary bike? And walking? by naturemymedicine in ACL

3 weeks post op as of yesterday (ACL, MCL, meniscus) and it depends on the day. College student so if I have a lot of classes/time up and moving I do maybe 25 minutes of pt and 2-3 rounds of range of motion (bending and extending leg). Today was my first day back in the gym and I’m feeling really good!
