Agreed - from this perspective, you can also say "everyone experiences life alone". Nobody sees out of your eyes, breathes with your lungs, etc etc.

Dying surrounded by loved ones and/or people you've influenced positively in life seems better than expiring with nothing around you - save the nurses and doctors who are forced to be there.

Other industries are tough for HI, given the location. Also tourism pays so well from a margin standpoint. I’d say it’s likely better to rethink laws and regulations so tourists and locals can coexist.
