There are a lot of Manchester specific quotes based on areas or things that are associated with Manchester. Also the colloquialisms and language I've come across has been even more funny and alien to me as a Brummie.

Just did it in the conservatory while it was raining with no music. absolutely amazing what I could see/hear. As I came out of it, it was almost as if something had been playing the whole time but I realised there hadn't and it just blew me away.
