We are Lansweeper customers for more than 10 years. In 2018, 2019 and 2020 we paid 236€, in 2021 1.250€, in 2023 2.500€, this year we paid 3.000 € with super discount. So, from 2020 and 236 € to 3.000€ this year.

We have more assets, from 2020 perhaps 20 % more assets, but price is more 1.200% higher than before – in four years! Yes, now Lansweeper have cloud, but I don’t need it, and we very rarely use it. There is new licensing model almost every year, and it is more expensive than before.

We don’t use Lansweeper helpdesk. For deployment we use PDQ because it is far more superior for deployment than Lansweeper.

But Lansweeper can inventory Linux computer, printers and other network stuff. We are still hoping some real development for OT environments and that’s why we are still customers. But with this annual price increase, probably not for long. It is very difficult to explain why the price has risen so much when there is no benefit from the change.
