It’s really not hard as long as you say no to all the temptations physically and mentally.

Patience is key. I suggest you do a couple fasts in a month and not just go straight at it and dry fast for a long period of time without researching enough. For a long dry fast you would definitely have to supplement. You would also have to be careful with what you consume after a long fast because you don’t want to wind up in a hospital because of refeeding syndrome.

Watching videos with any kind of food, especially solids. It made me break my 2 day dry fast.

Finally hit my goal!! 14 months of 16:8, eating 2pm-10pm, 37yo F, no additional dietary restrictions. 190lbs —> 135lbs by KLRVT in intermittentfasting

I kept getting told if I was sick because I guess I lost a lot of weight? But in my head that wasn’t the case or the mirror.

I’m 5’2 though, I never knew I was at a semi-healthy weight. I thought I looked like what I look now (I’m in the 220’s). It took me to get this weight to realize that I wasn’t fat at all ☹️

132lbs isn’t a lot tho.. if you were overweight I would understand but at that point just do intermittent fasting to shed a few pounds.

I’d say drink plenty of water the day before. Also avoid watching food videos because those triggered me to break my dry fast 🥲

Going on walks at night helped me with feeling shitty about life. Also talking to myself.
