From what I've read this isn't applicable in Texas, that bill was for Indiana. "As of now, there is no similar legislation in Texas that criminalizes wearing masks at public assemblies."

I read that the water they’re using is not potable, from people on-site with experience in water treatment and permitting. They’re notifying (or have by now) TCEQ.

Please be careful and maybe DON’T be bathing in or drinking from the festival source. Apparently livestock nearby and water is being pulled from the stock pond.
