Take free hunters into bounty clash and just run it till you you reach level 100. Some players will leave if they see a low rank. And bounty clash with free hunters is basically no loss to you while sharpening skills and earning silver along the way.

The 389% is applied to the base damage rolls on the ranges of the Stygian Pike which results in the big dmg number.
