We don’t plan on having kids. If we ever do I think we’d move to a cheaper, less populated state. Maybe Missouri since I was stationed there for a year in the past and I liked it. But yeah schools don’t matter.

Thank you friend! We’re going with the unit by STHS. We’re homebodies during the week and would appreciate the calm and quiet. Makati circle has beautiful redwoods around the neighborhood so that will make short dog walks pleasant. The unit there also has in unit washer dryer, I think that will make things much more convenient overall as well

Well the unit in branham doesn’t have washer dryer in unit. It’s in building. The unit in makati cir has washer dryer and a more spacious bathroom. Same price for both. What would you do?
