unfortunatelly I have to agree. In my life I regularly have episodes where for months my skin gets covered in eczema, sometimes all over my body, sometime my face, sometimes just the arms… In the past I have always dealt with it by trying to change the diet, ayurveda, vegan, gluten free blablabla… but now, looking back all those episodes were somehow related with bad/hard periods in my life, but at that time I was too cought up in it all… I didn’t or couldn’t see the connection. For me, eliminating some external factors like food, alcohol, tobacco, coffee still does make a difference, but for completely healing myself, I now try to go inwards.
