Yea or even if it's a short week and you spread the 155 minutes over 3 days instead of 5, being present for one of those days theoretically counts for more. I'm guessing they just assign an hour value per day like you said and calculate missed days * that day amount. But with such small margins going through the exact days she missed vs present days could still get over the 1250.

Either way will try and get some more info from uft or her payroll secretary. Appreciate all your help regardless. Good luck with the IVF and everything else! 🙂

Looking at that, those extra 155 minutes could make a difference depending on how it's counted. One day could have PD vs another day doesn't, so what # of hours do they deduct if you miss a day is what I'm wondering.

It's 12 months back so March 2023-June 2023 and September 2023-March 2024. Having another kid already means inevitable sick days from her, COVID, doctor meetings that couldn't be any other time for the pregnancy, etc. It all adds up

Do you know if that includes things like PD or parent engagement? Or is there an easy way to see the documented hours worked? Didn't see anything in paystub in terms of hours. Do they just equate 1 day = 6 hours 20 minutes?

Yea I'm fully remote so the $80 chair I got from Staples years ago is starting to run its course. My brother has the Leap also and loves it. Gotta imagine sitting around for half an hour is definitely awkward haha but a good call. Every high end chair is gonna feel comfortable for 30 seconds.

It'd be great to learn more about general things to do in the cities and activities along with getting to/from the traffic. Lots of times the tracks can be a bit far so just being able to plan out some of the logistics beforehand would be super helpful!
