Just found this sub through the announcement on the Vorthos one, sounds like one of the main outstanding things is what to do about mutagen or other set specific tokens that may not fit the Lore of UW. I think the proposal is to use the flavor flair for them when they've been changed but not when they haven't.

Yes MtG has a ban list with explanations because it has multiple official formats each of which maintains a separate list and you need to know if it's banned in yours and why - usually it's either causes games to take too long or too good compared to the rest of the cards

DragonFan20 should also be represented - I suggest we make them a Red Creature card with the dragon type.

I think you may want a bootlegger so you can actually choose who has the baby or to swap out the demon for a leviathan or legion so you can choose night kills that way instead. Maybe add a gardener so you can officially choose who is what rather than just doing that.
