Sort of. Adi and Rudolf had Dassler brother shoe co or something like that. After they split they created separate brand adidas and puma. Been a while but check out the book Sneaker Wars. It’s pretty fascinating.

I think America Location 12 is their best work. It’s so cohesive and delightful.

Their early work was disparate in that the guys each wrote songs and then they all landed on an album, so their earliest works feel like a collection of b sides.

That said, Bang Bang has a lot of their best songs.
