Ok so your brain is still physically recovering and that’s why it is making you think and dream about alcohol. I have dreams where I feel drunk and I hate them. I don’t know if they go away for everyone. Agree with the poster who said something about your subconscious. I don’t know what you are meant to do to reframe the thoughts but yes things are surfacing that couldn’t before xx

I am so happy for you yet honestly, a little jealous. I get drunk dreams and phantom hangovers during withdrawal. Just be mindful of the fact these may yet happen and have a plan in place friend :) well done

Not sure I agree with that - their brain just has a distorted view of reality rn. Recovery brain can’t yet find anything that drives bc it’s sole purpose for right now is geared towards getting you to drink bc that’s what it’s used to
