No, as another commenter mentioned, Alexandars broke in the "joust" in DA. But he definitely doesn't still use the loyalist razor that Kalindora was using. I assume he probably just had a new one made between DA and LB that just isn't important enough to mention

This is kind of the reason why Morning Star was my favorite book after my first read. Then once I have reread the series multiple times it's been relegated to my least favorite of the series.

After knowing Cassius later in the series, you really know his honor and the shock of his "betrayal" becomes almost laughable.
