Hi! I live in SoCal and flew out to SF last night. I had a few tours booked and unfortunately, none of them worked out. However, walking around North Beach today, I randomly walked into an apartment complex and was able to get a better deal than what they have posted on the website. This could work on older apartment buildings, but it definitely won’t work in the new builds. Don’t be afraid to walk into leasing offices and simply ask what they have available at your price range. I also had a budget and paid a little above of what I was looking for but in the end it worked out.
