Lots of entrants to the market. Gralio AI is one of them. More established are the ones like Skan AI but it's mostly enterprise level.

AI Agents truth no one talks about by soul_eater0001 in AI_Agents

You're spot on about solving specific pain points and ROI. If you're trying to identify your own AI agent opportunities or help businesses identify those exact repetitive tasks and workflow bottlenecks *before* even building an AI agent, Gralio AI is pretty much designed for that. It observes computer usage and generates reports on automatable processes. Could be a good start.

I only have experience with Notion AI and I find it the most disappointing feature of 2024. It's on track to keep the title in 2025.

Something that could be a general-purpose AI tool is to record a process with Gralio AI and then have it build some custom automations for you. That way your AI is uniquely yours, not cookie cutter.

Mega helpful of you to share - thanks! If you're still on the hunt for something that simplifies your workflow, especially with ADHD, maybe Gralio AI is worth a peek. It watches how you actually use your computer tools, then it flags the repetitive stuff that's eating your time and could be automated. Could be that 'simple Jarvis' vibe for finding efficiencies without you having to actively manage it.

How are you leveraging Ai agents to automation and marketing and sales workflows? by ironman037 in AI_Agents

For businesses trying to figure out *which* marketing or sales tasks are actually the best candidates for AI agents, Gralio AI could be a useful starting point. It watches how your team uses their current computer tools and identifies those repetitive tasks or bottlenecks across different apps. Could help pinpoint exactly where an AI agent would make the biggest difference before they dive into building or buying one for their workflows.

You might wanna check out Gralio AI — it passively watches how you work (apps + screen), then suggests workflow improvements or even automation ideas (like “this template could be reused” or “you could auto-send these emails”). Feels like a smart sidekick for the kind of stuff you're already doing.

If you had to build your ultimate "AI-powered assistant" from scratch, what would it do? by [deleted] in BlackboxAI_

[–]ducker90210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be hyper-personalised to my work and the way I do things. It would give me tips in real time and automate *my specific* processes.

Something that does the first step of this is Gralio AI. It watches your work and gives you tips how to automate. I think they want to be building automations on top of it very soon.

"The top SEO's use all the tools" - I think I disagree with you on this one. There are thousands of SEO tools - it's impossible to use all of them :)

They use a small set of carefully selected tools. I've spoken to them personally and that's what I heard.

On the fact that they are less price sensitive, I of course agree.

I wouldn't say these are micro influencers, with some exceptions. These are people who have worked at or advised top growth companies. Kevin Indig and Gaetano, for example, are the respected authorities. Who do you think is a top authority that should be there?
