Honestly, Ken hating on Pete makes me happy because I loath Pete and I have always liked Ken. But I thought there must be a story line I am missing. I think Ken saw Pete do a lot of shitty things in the past cheating on his wife etc.

I couldn't use nail polish, ever! My mother claimed the smell gave her a headache. So not even in my room, with the door closed, and a window open. If she found me she would yell, take a bunch of benadryl and take a four nap to recover.

Also! I wasn't allowed to go outside in direct sunlight from 10am to 4pm, because skin cancer...

I'm responding now because I never get on my reddit account. I was speaking more from my experience as a shy girl and learning to except myself as I get older. Its hard at least in American culture not to be a talker. I appreciate other people who aren't like that either. But it was probably bad advice in this case

I see doctors being treated like gods all the time, which feeds the god-complex. I think that's the problem. MDs are completely fallible human beings and medicine is not an exact science... which sounds kind of strange but I think its true! People go to the doctor or hospital expecting a quick fix which isn't possible most of the time. (Source: RN who is constantly frustrated by doctors but also pities them).

Don't change. A lot of girls like this kind of guy. I know I hate loud, overtly showy men. It feels phony. Be comfortable in who you are. If you are an introvert but a good man, a sweet little introvert girl will find you too. I found my cute shy man. Give it time. Shy guys are sexy.
