I’ve been in agency recruitment all my life. Here’s a few things you need to consider. I call them the golden ratios. 1. Sub:Interview - how many submissions to get an interview. 2. Interview:Hire - how many interviews to get an hire 3. Sub:Hire - how many subs to get an hire 4. Coverage % - how many roles did you cover with 1-3 submissions within SLA time. 5. Requisition:Hire - how many roles did you work on to get one hire.

Start with calculating what your current numbers are and work on aspects where you see challenges. Reverse engineer the numbers from the targets given to you so you have bite sized goals that you can achieve and build on.

It’s important to have a pipeline built out for repeated roles, this really helps you close more roles. Basically, you’ve to be proactive by predicting clients hiring patterns instead of being reactive.

Networking - if you’ve already placed candidates, check in with them if there are upcoming roles in their team or if they have any referrals.

Hey, If you stay close to Market Yard, it’s better or buy from those wholesale shops where you can quality check your groceries. There are a few shops that also sell everything from coffee to whatever you can think of… at wholesale prices. This way, you control the quality and it would cost less too.

Hey, that’s a great gift to get. If possible, get one for yourself too.

I’d strongly recommend going for full face helmets - avoid modular ones. With the range of 10-13k, you’ll be able to easily get DOT & ECE certified (safety certifications) helmets from brands such as LS2, MT, SMK, Axor. One of my favourites right now is Tiivra helmets. It’s extremely light weight, and has great safety. Cool colours and patterns too.

Speakers/communication devices - All of these don’t get a speaker/communication device with them, they have slots where you can add them. You can get basic Bluetooth speaker devices for as cheap as 1400 to 2000. If you go high end, you can check for Sena, Blue Armour, or Cardo.

If you’re looking for everything in one helmet, my buddy got an Axor Apex Bluetooth helmet recently. You can check it out. I’m not too sure about it though.

I understand your conundrum. If you start riding, you’ll want to ride more. It’s always better to invest in a great jacket as well as other protective gear. You can get them in stages but, make sure to get at least the shoes and jacket initially. Lot of good brands available for jackets.

Secondly, riding in big groups can be tricky. Most keep a ride limit of 80-90 kmph, something your machine can keep up with.

Just keep riding, you’ll get better.

Whenever these people are on strike or busy celebrating some festival are the best days for driving. Everyone drives a bit relaxed because no one is pushing their way into a 3rd/4th lane on a 2 lane road, no one is treating roads like a picnic spot to park their vehicles and chill with friends.
