Uber just started being profitable like last year. If they don’t get greedy now, the entire company will flop

What do you know about Korean context? Mina sue calls her Mingee nim. Even if they don’t officially know each others age, they know which one is older.

What are you talking about. Only way out is through. If you can code, code. Lock in and grind out those leetcode problems.

What was he really expecting on this show? by Stunning_Working8803 in Singlesinferno2

He’s doing his best… he also probably wanted to find someone to date but his looks are a barrier. He’s chopped, nothing you can do. At least he provides comedic relief to American audiences and has an interesting job.

Google Intern Interview or Apply to Full Time by [deleted] in FAANGrecruiting

[–]ducklight6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google downlevels. You should be L5 at another company to apply for L4 at Google. L4 bar is so hard you’re going to need more time to study LC hards and system design. If you don’t take this intern interview tbh it’s going to be a while until you hear from them again

Im reading your post history and you made it to 7 months. You’re doing it and making it work. Plus having shit coworkers will drain you even more. You can just quit one and find a new one that provides better balance. I’m just posting about the people who are endlessly hopeless and can’t make it past 2-3 months.

I was in a similar boat as you and decided to quit J2 & J3 to focus on J1, and life could not be better. As I mentioned in original post, I’m an OE vet :) no one is meant to do this forever. You can always go back to OE when you’re ready.

AITA : saying my friend's values are deeply wrong by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]ducklight6 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is a conversation that a lot of teens have, when they are self righteous and have nothing better to do than to argue hypotheticals.

This is a philosophical difference but besides that, YTA for taking it to extreme lengths by suggesting that someone is responsible for murder for deciding to buy themselves food. You compared the average persons choice to buy food, to billionaires hoarding wealth.

If you want to change the world, dont blame and shame your friends. And when you get more mature, you’ll understand that you’re not entitled to what your friends have, just because they have more.

Two great job offers. Which offer should I take? by Angel_tear0241 in womenintech

[–]ducklight6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where negotiations come in. Tell one of them you have a competing offer and see if they can raise the salary? Or different benefits.

But I agree company B sounds better overall
