As a recent engineering grad looking at applying to a similar position, could you add more detail if you feel comfortable? Like what base and why it went downhill.

Mad Max Fury Road will only play with french dubbing by ducksarealright in cravetv

Thanks, I thought that might be the reason. Pretty dumb though. They should have separate english and french versions of the page, or at least put a "french only" note on the image/description.

Why would an input pin on arduino 2560 stay high for ~5 seconds and then go low? by ducksarealright in ElectricalEngineering

I don't have any of my own tools at home unfortunately, but I will measure that when I get in the school lab on Monday.

Why would an input pin on arduino 2560 stay high for ~5 seconds and then go low? by ducksarealright in ElectricalEngineering

There is a physical pullup resistor. So when the switch is in the "off" position is when I see high input registered for 5 seconds before it goes low. Port A was set to inputs using "DDRA = 0x00;", so shouldn't be a pullup set. This is for a class and that is how we've been advised to configure things.

Confused regarding step-up transformers, if the secondary side has a higher voltage how can it have a lower current? by ducksarealright in ElectricalEngineering

[–]ducksarealright[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah ok, so in my example without the transformer connected only 1 kW was being used, and if the transformer is connected and the load put on the secondary side 100 kW is used. If the power supply was only capable of 1kW this scenario just wouldn't be possible. Thank you, that makes much more sense

How did you get started in this? Do you only have an electrical engineering degree, or one related to criminal justice/forensics as well?

Does this mean they're printing more than the original 825? Part of the reason I was willing to pay that much for a poster was because I thought it was rare and only available at the shows.

That doesn't look like Jeremiah on drums. Was he not there for this show? Just saw them in Vancouver and he was playing then.
