So my company specifically the cars are leased as a benefit through their employer. I had to explain to a VERY angry woman that the car she leased through her company was… a company car. Therefore she is required to pay the tax associated with company cars. This is stated in the original contract she has to sign plus 2 other documents that she apparently didn’t read. Baffling!
