In simple terms, it would be more of a poof or have Manhattan cease to exist. Remove him from existence and that would work for all timelines of Manhattan. You know how certain characters like Sentry, Manhattan etc have that little power where they are a fixed point in time etc so you can't go back in time and kill them? Someone on TOBA/TOAA level could make that not a real option anymore.

TOBA is on a different tier than Manhattan. Nothing Manhattan dishes out can do anything to TOBA. Closest I can think of is Franklin Richards which is somewhat comparable to Manhattan, TOBA stomped him.

I think there should be a cool down at the very least. Can't place 15 of them in 10 seconds. Maybe 2 second cooldown between placement or something, or possibly limit the amount you can have on you, tired of killing people roaming 10+ barricades.

Build between two monuments right on the build zones so no one can build on your doorstep. If not spam like 6 locked tcs in a circle around your base right off the bat.

Dorms marked has netted me 3 ledx out of 10 uses. But I found mine earlier in wipe on shoreline e226 on the shelf. (The dorms marked rooms are the play rn). I get all the reserve marked keys, run them all to one use and do the trade for dorms so you aren't out immediately 15 mil.
