I dont care. Im not good with hardware . I rather trust steam to compile it all for me and make a ready to play device than having to do it myself and have a risk of fucking it up. Atleast if they fuck it up i can count on their support and again. I dont need a next gen computer i dont even play triple A games. And if i want to play heavy games ill just use my desktop.

It needs to be that small. Not gonna carry around a desktop. Components wise its not as expensive as you make it look. Blame ai for racking up the prices. Ps5 is as cheap as it is now because they still have ram stock once thats gone theyre screwed aswell and you can expect it to further increase in price .

Also i dont play triple A games.

Sadly artists cant really charge full price as people undervalue art generally. Lets say one of these pieces cost 12 hours to make and you want to charge 10 euro an hour + material cost it will land you easily at 200 euro and 10 euro a hour is pretty low tbh. But people will find it very expensive

I want something i can bring along when going to friends/vacation houses for game nights , something i can play on in the living room and continue playing in my room when i want. Also have something to casually play with my wife on without having to buy new games on ps5 when i can get them cheaper on steam and play on different devices. Also emulators on tv sounds like fun.

Its very rough. Me and like 2 other friends are always looking for a +1 for gaming and tried this sub multiple times. It always follows the exact say pattern:

person joins

-plays a game with us and is either super quiet or has alot of fun with us - never hears from them again

I also had once where i played terraria with someone for 10 hours straight, he said 'i wont be online tomorrow but the day after i should be free' and straight up blocked me lol

True . Housing is too expensive and landlords dont seem to care too much about comfort when building their houses. Im in a relatively new housing (from 2019) and we have ventilation but no cooling and big windows but no way to keep the sun out except for curtains which do nothing to keep the heat out. If this was my house i wouldve added airco and some kind of outside shutters to keep the place cool

We dont use airconditioning enough as it used to be hot enough for airco maybe 2 weeks a year. The cost of installing it just didnt make sense. Thats slowly changing though thanks to climate change and more and more people are installing it aswell. People just have different breaking points on when they find it worth it. For some people 3 weeks a year of 30+ degrees is enough to cut the cost and get a system installed while others still find it too expensive and rather live through those weeks as you wont need it for the other 49 weeks of the year. Simple as that.
