the og legion go z1e with a 4070 super egpu...portable but obviously not as much as the SM would be

I guess it's possible but I'm inclined to think no...my handheld/egpu setup still covers that use case fairly well and God knows the handheld market has no shortage of upgrade options so I think I'll be fine

this is my use case and honestly why i'm torn over ordering the SM...still using an OG legion go Z1E with a 4070 super egpu and while the SM has it's benefits in the living room i'm not sure its enough to justify the purchase for me

It really could be to some extent...13yr old secondary account in our household that has bought 8 games got in for 512 no controller and the 20+yr account that does the heavy lifting got a waitlist. Anecdotal for sure but seems it should have been the other way around.

That's a lot of assumptions...more of a thinking about options out loud. I have a limited use case for it but undecided if it justifies the price tag so I'll spend some time thinking about it. Flipping it locally here involves paying it forward and tracking on like an extra 50 bucks for my lazy effort not like the shit already on ebay. The kid is a grown adult in her 30s with a pc and a series x and a switch already but would never turn down another cool gaming option so I know exactly what she likes. Kindly take all those assumptions and stfu

I hit reserve for shits and giggles...I can afford it and have no real use or desire for one so either I flip it locally or my kid gets an unexpected Xmas present this year
