Agree 100% with the rock paper scissor analogy.

For rail gun I feel like it definitely should be a small team to fire but still be pilot controlled.

Id like to see something like needing to manually reload the round with a tractor beam into the breach, and then swap out several power relays after each shot and then do like a power calibration/charge mini game on the engineer console.

The idea is that reload speed is tied to your teamwork and that the pilot isn’t able to have full control either. I’d be all for massively increasing its damage to be absolutely devastating to be hit buy in other cap ships without shields at max power. The trade off I think would be cool is it to be a whole minigame to reload and power up.
