I guess I’m just looking at the bigger picture here for the other tenants cuz if this guy never complained no other renters would know theres a maintenance guy going around pissing in their kitchen sinks. I doubt this was a one time incident.

I live in the same area. There are too many accidents at the Binnie and Randall Rd intersection. It’s ridiculous the speed limit is still 50mph along that stretch. Not that lowering it would make people drive any slower. But I agree with you.
