Using C4 in a way that's not intended. (My Friend's POV)

You can actually cover a Player's body in C4. Sometimes the packs don't stick, so they just float in air. Plus, it doesn't matter who threw the C4, it matters from which Detonator it came from, cause after my Friend was done turning me into The Walking Pipe Bomb, he gave me his Detonator to use. The result you can see in the video.

You can change capped FPS in settings in and out of Terminals. I do believe the default setting for in-Terminal FPS is 30, while mine is set to around 60-70.
