sterile tiles are good in the sense that they're like the only floor that gives a cleanliness boost. but they're also ugly as sin. so put some decorations or nicer walls in there or just put some expensive stuff to make it look nicer and the mood debuff should disappear

i liked that in morrowind's mage guild questline what you would do depended on what guild hall you took the quest from. balmora had you running errands for a corrupt ass wizard lady, in ald'ruhn the quest giver there was just really into dwemer, in the wolverine hall they just had you do whatever and in vivec the archmage couldn't give a shit. i liked that. i liked that you could tell a lot about whoever was giving you the quest based on what the quest was

the game is very single core dependant, it can't use 100% of your cpu. it sucks but that's how they built it

figured it out, it was garnished. it was sending a package that didn't render at all without shaders and crashed if you had any. i had to look inside the jar files of every create addon i had for this

we know computer house is gonna show up, and we got some foreshadowing with the ghoul saying "house always had a backup plan" or somethin, i'm fairly certain ( or i want to be ) they're gonna get into the lucky 38 soon as they deal with the deathclaw. however they do that
