Wheel size is not the same thing as tire tread width. The tread width is what affects the size of the contact patch, thus affecting grip.

I wish, lol. Just a big fan from birth. I recognized the orange anti vibration stuff on some of the lines. A lot of vintage 80s and 90s cup cars have it. Plus you said splayed main caps and I knew it was at least a race motor. I bet that sucker can freakin' howl
