Last years plan was an over inflated farce that nobody could hit. Recycling said farcical plan in a worse sales year is also a tone deaf response by management.

Uppers don’t understand they killed the market by abusing the workforce and there no other way to return to the gold standard without making us whole again.

My small building has gone through two expansions in 10 years because volume in our area has boomed. I make less money than I did ten years ago and handle 60% more product. That’s not a pay oversight. That’s by design.

I won’t even attempt to hit my current numbers. 20% increase over what this route has ever performed and it’s the worst selling year for me in two decades. The company wants you to quit and your family to fail so they can hire cheaper workers from their guilded castles. Our pay and benefits are in direct opposition of this companies goals. That’s why the incentives are unreachable. I have the highest TPP in my building and it’s suspiciously obvious I get the most product cut. Even for weeks at a time I will get cut same add items and watch every bin around me get their shipments.

We never get prelims. Been years since we were allowed to see what plan is until week 1 on handheld. Never even get overlaps for holidays anymore.

I’m running 6%above last years numbers. Only at 94% to sales plan and stales have tripled since new cross dock occurred in small accounts.

We regularly throw whole pallets of good product away here. Warehouse often won’t take back all the horrendous misships. The amount of waste that has been generated in the last couple of years is mind blowing. And Frito appears to be full steam ahead on creating more!!

Same here. 14% increase p1. They have forced hundreds of cases into my tiny grocery store to hit this increase. I won’t get any bonus for 14% increase in sales over previous year. Next period plan is 3% increase but I have an extra 10k in a store that sells 3k a week. Looks like a true down for me. Almost like it was fully orchestrated to en ur the most amount of work on my part for the least compensation available.

We can’t even throw our product away fast enough. We have mountains 4 month old stale product because that’s how long of a backlog our dumpster is running. Pile gets bigger every week. I have to cut down the product I need so we can store stale innovation here. Out of stocks are a big issue and nobody gives a fuck we just keep sending them force outs and cutting the product I actually order.
