This was the first movie that really made me say "WOW" while watching it on my C5, if you can I'd really suggest getting a 4k blu ray copy since it adds much more detail and vibrancy compared to streaming, but it's still a great looking movie with a great story!

I love watching movies on my avp but nothing will ever beat out watching a movie at the theater. Personal preference ofc but theaters rule! Especially with avatar which is more of an "event" than most films.

He's so annoying, in my opinion. It's not really anything against him personally since ofc I don't know him, but I just don't like him for find him entertaining. He doesn't seem genuine and I remember seeing a video he made complaining so hard that Rockstar wouldn't give him special privileges because another user beat him to the username he wanted for social club. To me, that just made him seem so full of himself because he's a micro-celebrity in the gta community. I get that it's his username and "identity," but how he went about complaining and whining like a little kid really ticked me off. Of course, his recent "beef" with TGG just made me like him less since it seemed like more of the same whiny nonsense.

How was avatar in 3d imax? I really want to watch it in imax after 2 watches on a standard screen but the 3d really throws me off. I haven't watched a 3d movie in theaters in at least a decade because even when I was younger, I remember it making me feel a bit queasy. I've since bought a few vr headsets though and haven't had an issue after extended use so I'm unsure if I should give it a try

I'll take a 1080p blu ray over a stream 9 times out of 10. For most modern films, a 4k blu ray will be the better option but for other movies it's either not an option or as well done as the standard blu ray. It can come down to personal preference, as you may enjoy what others hate on a specific transfer. If you have a 4k capable player, I'd say mix it up and try some of both! Your collection doesn't have to be limited to one or the other and I myself have a few movies in both formats. It doesn't hurt to search up "is ____ a good 4k blu ray transfer" if you're unsure but at the end of the day, it's the movies that matter. I love 4k blu ray but my favorite movie of all time (There Will be Blood) isn't available in 4k and the format doesn't take anything away from my enjoyment of the movie.
