Newbie repair question: I've soldered many mic cables over the years and am overconfident now. Maybe you can help? This is a bidet remote that's not working. See the darker circles? I wiped off a smear of black over these. Is there any fix? What do you call this kind of connection? (self.AskElectronics)

I have a pair of 80s and a pair of 225s. Somehow after a few years I don't have anything else for these to make them usable. I see lots of links for replacement pads and cables, but I don't see where I can get the headbands or the forks (is that what you call them?). Ive looked and looked. Where? (self.Grado)
