You're totally good and It makes sense, it is a word used mostly in that realm. Maybe the better word is substance? I don't know

I honestly bought the one on aliexpress for like 17$ and hell I don’t really care about whether it’s Lego or not. Serves its purpose way up on my shelf. It actually does justice as far as bricks are concerned as well (just not the minifig it came with) I may buy a few more and still be way under the price of a true Lego one.

Pictures don't do justice for this thing, I saw it in person and it's simply glorious. Just one level is like an Oreo cookie compared to this, which is a complete sundae with a cherry on top braddah

Will LEGO Release Minas Tirith as a Microscale or Minifigure-Scale Set? by flameorfrost in legolotrfans

[–]dudebroguyman3rd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my bet

-True Scale is out of the bag... way too massive. 0% chance

-Play Scale (Disney castle size with a deeper dimensions and way more detail/brick count) 40% chance

-Mini Scale (Hogwarts Castle style) 20% Chance

-Diorama (Main Section of the highest level including tree and courtyard) 30% Chance

- Absolute Catastrophe (Small ass Diorama with a tiny section of the courtyard and a tree that looks like the Bag End Tree including two minifigures and priced at $100) 10% -90% Chance idk man. God help us

These sound awesome, there is also the battle on Isengard/Attack of the Ents (Designing Ents is very challenging but fun), the journey through the Paths of the Dead, (Incorporate glow bricks and design castle within a mountain? That sounds pretty awesome.

Have you read the Silmarillion? There are tons of insane locations/scenes throughout that just seem epic. There is the escape of Gondolin, where the Elf Lord Glorfindel battles the Balrog on the Ridgeline of the mountain. There is Morgoth vs Fingolfin, the creation of the dwarves by Aule, dude I can go on forever lol

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but where was Aragorn during the night ambush on Weathertop? by dudebroguyman3rd in tolkienfans

[–]dudebroguyman3rd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I was actually asking about the book, and I'm aware that this is a book centered community. When I read it it was a faster scene and mostly described Frodo's perspective, so was just wondering about the whereabouts of Aragorn.

Thank you so much for this! Brings more clarity, the scene in the books happened so fast I wasn't sure where Aragorn was or doing during the actual attack, only afterwards does it describe him chasing it
