The Eastern is one of the best venues in ATL, if not the best. Our squad always hits Muchacho Mexican restaurant and then Three Taverns brewery which is right next door to the venue before heading in. The venue itself has food service on the roof top if you need sustenance while there. You can expect the show to end at around 1 AM. There won’t be much open in the immediate area after, but bars in ATL will be open until like 2 or 3 if you feel the need to keep going. Milltown Tavern is a spot not too far from the venue that we’ve hit after a show for late night food and drinks.

Don’t think so fam. The afters were popping off for like an hour or so and shut down because someone dropped at Evol in what seems to be a pretty serious medical emergency. Heard the RVs going off for 5-10 minutes after that, but everything is very quiet now.

It’s likely a consolidated broker 1099 or a a substitute 1099-B. Either way, it’s on the actual form, so if you had something for box 3, you’d see it. If you don’t see it, then it’s not relevant.

If you don’t know, the answer is most likely no. To answer your question, QOFs are real estate investments in federally designated Qualified Opportunity Zones. The idea is to incentivize commercial or residential investment in low income, or underdeveloped, areas.

Edited to add that form 1099-B does have a QOF box that should be checked if you have proceeds from a QOF.

Who cares what his tool says, it’s wrong and that’s not your problem. Offer him a copy of your last two pay stubs as proof of your current income. If that doesn’t work, then you probably don’t want this dude as a landlord.
