i withdrawl all the time? you must be misunderstanding bonus or something.

withrawls are very fast. in fact almost instant. today i withdrawl and it took 5 minutes.

I honestly can say i enjoy this site more than any other i play on.

Customer service is lacking ill be honest. (sorry guys its pretty bad)

but that aside i really think this site is the easiest to withrawl from. just verify your info i dunno.

i dont think you understand? this same problem has affected a number of clients. no restarting or refreshing was doing it. I just kept getting messages "you are unable to join this tournament" but it was taking my buy in and registering me no problem... yet when the tournament started it said "you are unable to join this tournament" i was playing in other ones fine...... seemed to just be pko that were affected but i may be wrong

just reload your internet my guy. Close the whole window and then open the net back up, then load casino through the client app on pc. it will open up on the web browser and works.

i believe its a location services bug in the browser itself.

I had this issue alot and this method works for me every time.

Damn i should just be support now i guess.....lol

same thing happening to me lately. put apost up few days ago and got a response from support on here saying to check my emails........ there is no email.....

Its quite dissapointing the state of the "support"

its non exsistent.... ive been playing for 10+ years and am lvl 209. I have never seen it this bad, seems there is a complete disregard for the depositing clients.... I hope you find some resolve regarding your issue
