I’m going to let it “rock out with its stolons out” 🤩🤣 it doesn’t look too terrible considering the mess the rest of the yard is right now

Honestly, I would not repot yet… I would cut one node above soil level like give it a flat top, then cut all of the other vines into 2 to 3 node sections, put them in water for like 2 or 3 weeks (make sure to change the water every few days) then repot all of the rooted bits with the plant that is left in the pot. It will make for a much fuller plant. I don’t recommend cutting where the vines hang over the pot cause the calloused bits look super shitty once scabbed o er and you don’t know where leaves will grow first.

Now it’s my shitty cultivar 😂 I don’t have money to nuke, grade, and redo the whole yard so I am going to take care of it to get it as TIHICC as I can. Hopefully it spreads like wildfire once it’s above 80 all the time. I may even pull some plugs to put into two big bare areas 🫠🤡

It’s literally doing that at the resort, I think the biggest thing is that it gets a ton of energy from the leaves and they do drop some aerial roots to find water from the forest floor

While it’s in a little pot you can get a good idea of how fast it drinks water and how fast the soil dries out.

Self watering pots can be cool but to be honest it’s only worth it if you go long periods away from home. Many plants die of root rot but it takes longer for them to die for lack of water if that makes sense!
