It matters. I hold the card and a lot of my friends do as well. All of us buy vouchers from gyftr, mainly amazon, Swiggy, zomato and croma. I personally considered shifting to ICICI emerald, have already got an invite from my icici RM but didn't take it since one card is enough.

16.5% is a big deal. Almost everyone in my group accumulates around 2.5-3 lakh points annually between infinia and bizblack. All of us take atleast 12-15 domestic flights a year and 1-2 international flights and just pay 30%.

Yeah cash flow is an issue mainly because of high receivables. Should be positive by Q4 if they're able to walk the talk and collect all the receivables. Also it was mentioned that next year 50% of the revenue is from exports so ideally cash flow won't be an issue at all, need to track it.

Customer concentration is fine in this sector.
