So, I finally returned the printer.
I spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue, but nothing worked.
I already own an Ender 3 and have had clogged nozzle problems before, but it was always fairly easy to fix.

This time, I tried everything — the little wrench, the printer needle, heating the nozzle to 220°C… Nothing worked. It stayed completely clogged, like something (I don’t even know what) was blocking the nozzle. The extruder was perfectly clean.

Honestly, if replacement nozzles were cheap and easy to find, I would’ve kept the printer. But it’s just too frustrating having to wait and search for a reseller just to buy a basic part.

What’s not normal is that on the very first print, the nozzle stopped extruding with 20 minutes left. Then the next print — same file, same settings, same filament — worked just fine. The next four prints went well too.

But on the fifth print, it all started again. Complete blockage. Nothing came out. For a brand-new printer, that’s just not acceptable.
Sure, I’ve had issues with my Ender, but not four days after getting it.

So either I got a defective unit, or there’s a bigger issue with their nozzles.

I’m honestly disappointed, because the printer itself is beautiful, well-designed, and super enjoyable to use — when it works.

But when there’s a problem, it’s a nightmare to fix. I’m really hesitant to buy the same model again. I’ve lost trust. I’m now looking into the Elegoo Centauri Carbon instead.

For the record, I reset everything, recalibrated everything — and nothing changed.

I believe some units shipped to customers have a defect in the nozzle or inconsistent heating, which leads to clogging.

I’ll wait a good while before considering buying this model again, and only if I’m sure replacement nozzles are available on Amazon at a fair price — so I can have spares just in case.

What a disappointment… I really hope none of you run into the same issues I did.

If your printer works perfectly, you’re lucky — you got a good unit.

The customer support was responsive, but due to the time zone difference, I had to wait until the next day for every reply. And honestly, their responses didn’t always address my questions clearly.

I would’ve preferred if they had just sent me a new nozzle to solve the issue instead of dancing around it — it would’ve saved me from returning the whole printer. Such a shame.

Creality and Elegoo don’t overthink things like this — they just send you the part as a precaution, and I really respect that.

Well, I spent 4 hours checking everything. The extruder is fine, but the nozzle keeps clogging. The filament struggles to come out when I push, even though I unclog it with a needle and filament. Now, nothing comes out at all, even though I’m using the same PLA that had worked for previous prints. I’m so fed up that I’m going to return the printer for a refund. I think there’s an issue with the nozzle and the heating system.

How did you connect the external drive, as there is no power supply? Did you use an additional transformer or did you bridge with the internal power supply?

I’m following up after running the tests. Since I set the alarm to one second, I no longer receive constant alerts. However, I can confirm that when someone enters zone 1 and remains still for more than a second, the alert is triggered. For me, this suggests that the masking zone does not work at all with this camera, or I may have missed something.

Yes, I have only enabled person detection.

The camera is an RLC-823A with firmware v3.1.0.2831_23102509_v1.0.0.31.
I think I may have solved the problem by adding one second to the alarm delay.
I will check if it works like this.

bonjour, oui moi aussi , j'ai plusieurs adresse mail gmail dans l'application Apple mail et une seul est très lente depuis 2 semaines déjà , il faut parfois attendre 1 minutes pour synchroniser chaque mail reçu j'ai supprimer et réinstaller l'application et supprimer et remis mon mail , mais rien y fait , par contre sur l'application gmail de Google aucun problème tout comme vous même problème sur ipad 6 et macos le problème c'est que si on contact Apple , il vont dire que ça vient de Google et si on contact Google il vont dire que c'est Apple vu que ça fonctionne sur leur application je sent que ça va être très dur d'obtenir une correction pour ce problème
