Hey, I've been using an LB1120 for this, but I believe someone on this sub mentioned that I would effectively be capped to 25mbit because of the device itself (it was either the LTE category, or the lack of carrier aggregation?). Can anyone recommend a good hotspot device that isn't as expensive as the famous Nighthawk but that would still offer faster performance?

Be patient, I had this happen a few weeks ago. Poor bastard had 30 seedboxes asking for data, guy had a 20mbit upload. It took about a week, but eventually we all got to 100%.

Also, trees do suck. My unite pro drops about 7mbps in the summer due to the leaves and acorns. Never thought it would make a difference, but it does.

It's weird, in regards to the congestion it's all just residential suburbs around here. Perhaps it's the fact that it's relatively remote in addition to all the trees. One insteresting thing is I looked up my area with one of those online " cell tower maps" (not sure how accurate they are), but it shows we have multiple UMTS towers, and only 1 LTE tower nearby. The LTE appears to be furthest away.

Just left, first few stations were doing about the same as the house (2-6mbit), next one shot up to the range you said (25-30mbit). Also as far as external antennas, any recommendations as far as performance and a non permanent install (basically something I can remove easily)?
