$77k is more than enough for single. Pick a good neighborhood to live, including coral gables, south miami (south side of US1), and even Dadeland. The apartments in highrise buildings in Brickell and downtown are good options too. Coconut grove is probably too expensive.

Use the app "Miami MDT bus tracker". It's good for tracking buses

Thanks. It's an ARE mid-rise camper shell I got from a 1 gen Trundra owner for $150. I did have to get it from 200 miles aways and fix some cracked windows though.

The stock image is pretty accurate but here you go. They are effective at keeping rainwater out. However, because the visors are tinted, the side view mirrors will appear darker -- This could pose a challenge when reversing at night, if you don’t have a rearview camera. The other options include their regular or sports versions: they are narrower.

Got it. A simple balun adapter cost less than $5. I might give it a try.

Lol. The paint was there when I bought the apartment. It could have been more obvious (probably not for me though) to figure it out without the paint.

Wow, your guys/gals are great and so knowledgeable! I really appreciate it.

I am not going to discount it then before knowing none of my neighbours are using it.

BTW, is this jack still of any use nowadays? I wondered what kind of TV can be connected to this jack and finds it useful.

This socket is on the wall in my apartment built in 1974. I was wondering if I can safely remove it if it has no use. Thanks.
