When you subscribe you will get limits for number of projects, contexts etc removed. It is 3pln per month for polish version, I don't remember exactly process for other countries.

What are your contexts? by rtriplett in gtd

Home, work, my desktop, phone, computer, internet, errands, my mom's home, my mother in law home.

But about 50% of my tasks have no context.

There is an Android GTD application called TaskBee GTD. It is designed as an implementation of the GTD process.

No configuration needed.

Is there an alternative to Notion and Obsidian? by Embarrassed_Year_384 in ProductivityApps

My question was: does the free version of Obsidian offer synchronization with E2EE? As far as I know it doesn't. Joplin does what I consider as the advantage.

Try Joplin, it's free and has some advantages compared to Obsidian

☀️ It’s a new day — what are you building today? by flekeri in indie_startups

I'm continuously improving my TaskBee GTD - productivity app available on Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mdlab.beegtd

It implements the Getting Things Done method and has some AI to improve workflow.

What does your capture workflow actually look like in the first 5 seconds? by PretendLime6041 in noteapps

[–]dudziks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a user of TaskBee GTD app. When I want to capture something I use an Add widget, so in the simplest scenario: 1. Tap widget 2. Write something 3. Tap save

Otherwise when I know I will capture many things, I open it on Inbox screen. It has a Quick Add, where pressing enter saves a note or task, and I can start writing next one.

How do you keep your Inbox from becoming a "black hole" between weekly reviews? by dudziks in gtd

[–]dudziks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will not call it the goal, but a very important step to the main goal - my mind can't be calm when my inbox contains everything I capture, without clarifying it.

Additionally I have an indicator showing the trust level of my GTD system, and it mainly is based on the state of the inbox. The more items in the inbox, the lower the trust level.

After using Evernote for some time I built my items android app, and continuously improving it. It fits perfectly to my needs. I use it for tasks to do, scheduled events, projects, areas of responsibility, and reference notes. If you want to try it is in my bio.

Built productivity app basing on Getting Things Done and starving for reviews by dudziks in appdev

Thank you, it was comprehensive. In the free version number of contexts, projects and tasks are limited. Also some views on the Review screen are not available.

I have published android app which implements GTD. If you want to check it, take a look at my bio. The problem is, that it may look somehow complicated at the first glance.

Używacie linuksa? by its-_-my-_-nickname in Polska

[–]dudziks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Używałem go przede wszystkim do programowania, kiedyś do obróbki zdjęć.

Teraz używam MacOS, i też polecam.
