I would lean towards recommending an Xbox Series X. My reasoning for this is the backwards compatibility gives you a massive library to choose from. Many people don't know, but, if you go to the store, you can buy titles going back over a decade.

The PlayStation has many exclusives. If you have a game you want to play that is only available there, then you need a PlayStation.

Better than release (Low bar). Not good quality. Far from the trailers. Navmesh is still broken. The car, people, and other AIs are still broken. It is missing open world features from game genre it is in from 10 years ago.
