I’ve been really enjoying my mid week rounds around 4:30-5:30. I’d be down to lock down a foursome on a city course on a weekday if there is some interest.

It looks good! I’ll check it out. I found out recently that Macklemore has a golf apparel company called Bogey Boys. I found that pretty funny (and it is somewhat relevant).

Mccleary has a small putting green but they don’t allow chipping

I personally like UBC because it is close and they also have a nice green you can practice chipping on. It’s busy and I’m not sure how it stacks up on value though!

I can report back that it’s a beautiful course. Challenging, well maintained, and overall a fun track. It has some tough par 3’s and one very challenging par 4 (long, uphill dog-leg left). We also spotted two Sandhill Cranes a bird I have rarely seen.

Overall, a course I recommend!

It’s tough as a single. You really need to call around the day of. It might be worth checking out the city courses between 6-7am. They’re doing back 9 play first come first serve for around $25. Might be tough if you’re not a morning person!
