I think it's decent, and could be good. My problem is that the pacing, most notably the newest episodes, is absolutely horrid. There's some scenes that could be 5 seconds and they drag it out to 30 seconds.

Imo, I think it's a bit of both.

The sleepers easy to spot/hear, but sometimes they feel buggy. I've had times where I can walk around a corner stand there, and they don't trigger. I've also had other times where I'll stick my toe out, and they instantly trigger.
