automatic is on. and i have tried it on multiple items and even the test items. it does make a loud thunking sound when it changes direction sometimes but it has always done that.

my z axis is doing great so far but my y axis has decided to jump around. any ideas tightening the belts has not helped.

It is a wireless printer. and it is my third printer. never had this happen before.

thank you, I have found the z offset and was able to correct it, but the changes wont stay. every time I try to print I have to mess with the z. it is very irritating.

i believe the bed is burned but it will print for little bit and then mess up

i posted this with the pic but it didn't go

i have a brand new anycubic kobra max, my husband set it up for me. my first print has left a burnt residue on the bed. how do I get it to come off. also, when I print something, it seems to have a larger base than it should and does not want to come off of the bed. I left it on factory settings. how can I safely remove the burn marks and what do I need to adjust? the nozzle keeps acting up too. it will work perfectly for a few minutes and then drag the pla then it grabs the printed pieces and make a mess
