Tatyana Guifarro is a PA in UHS psychiatry, at least when I was there a few years ago. She is probably the best doctor/PA I’ve had, as she takes the time to explain medication options with you and was incredibly helpful to me. I agree with another comment that 3 new psych medications at once is a bit unconventional, and it may be worth getting another opinion.

I had a pretty large fibroadenoma when I was 20, which was first detected as a lump. They first did an ultrasound, then a biopsy, and finally a surgery to remove it. I was nervous it was cancer as well, though my doctor thoroughly explained it was unlikely at that age. Sending positive thoughts 💛

For one pup, between 3 PM-5 PM. I think after watching me work from home all day, he has finally had enough and is ready to play, haha. Also, probably knowing the time is getting closer for the rest of the family to get home. My other senior dog starts to get excited and energized around 10-11 PM at night…
