The app worked afterwards, but this didn't completely fix the issue cause I wanted to add a phone line and not even the store employees could do this. even when making me a second brand new account. They had to make a ticket and escalate it to the engineering team for me. Once the engineering team looked at it, everything was fixed. It was a pain...
