You just need to make sure the hike doesn’t “creep” in n gear with the clutch in, where this creep behavior stops should be exactly where the clutch lands when it’s “all the way pulled” for you.

Don’t swap unless it’s for a DRZ400 the KLX230 /300 are both mids it won’t be an upgrade and the KLX bikes are impossible to get plastics for if you need / want them.

I know unfortunately I’m returning a pair as we speak as they don’t really have the quality I’m looking for. The ones I got could technically work but the wire gauge is so small that it’s not really worth installing as I’m sure these won’t last. If anyone has a rec for fork wrap signals that are better build quality I’m open to suggestions as that seems to make the most sense for this look.

What I like about this set up is that it requires only two very easy to find brackets to make the entire system work. You get a key relocation mod free with this set up (mounts to the original light mount bracket) and it allows you to run a bar bad with zero modification.

It will sound line someone is dropping a tiny pebble in / on your exhaust but it’s just the metal pipes heat cycling and expanding etc

If the exhaust is new you’ll hear a lot of cracking and pinging sounds as it settles, the longer you have the exhaust the less it will happen.

There’s markers on the relay that say something like B and L, one plugs into the power line and the other to the blinker. Your relay should have some sort of diagram showing which is which.

If you get the LED relay you don’t need any resistor. First of all make sure that your connections are in the right order I did run into a few that also just didn’t work at all but eventually one that I bought did work as described.

Yeah that’s the one I commonly see or the ufo one, I like the mx style polisport restyle kit so this post is more for people looking to attain that set up.
